Responsibilities-
- E-Commerce Marketplace Management-
- Listing Management - New product listings & previous listing optimization.
- Marketing - Organic product rank improvement.
- Data Analysis- Analyze order, sales, customer, etc. data and suggest improvements
- D2C Website Management-
- Basic Facebook/Google ad management.
- Analyze customer centric data and suggest ways to improve customer retention.
- D2C website quality check.
- Data Analysis of order, sales, customer data and suggest improvements.
- New Product Development-
- Handle new product design & developments.
- Source and manage new vendors.
- Browse and select optimum material for new products.
- Analyze customer feedback of new products and implement them.
- Handle product launches and marketing activities around it.
- Responsible for the entire product lifecycle.
